Course
information:
Following on from the Open Water course, Adventure dives are intended
to introduce newly qualified divers to the many types of underwater
experiences whilst still under the supervision of a PADI professional.
To qualify for the Advanced Diver certification, divers are required
to complete 2 compulsory dives in Navigation and Deep diving, followed
by 3 additional adventure dives of the divers own choice. Adventure
dives include wreck, drift, boat, enriched air (nitrox), night,
dry suit, peak performance buoyancy, digital photography,
marine identification (naturalist),
fish identification and search and recovery. |
Advanced
divers are then qualified to dive to 30m with another advanced
qualified diver, and may then enroll on the
PADI Rescue Diver course and any Speciality
courses.
